A Victualing Application for Yacht Provisioning written in Microsoft Excel.

Please note that the download delivery of this Excel product is free (see below).
However, if this product is purchased at the same time as other products, then the related delivery cost of the other products will need to be selected by you. Alternatively this product can be ordered as a separate item. If this is the case, you will still be asked to pay a relevant delivery charge in which case we will refund this charge to you. (this is because the 'shop' will not allow a zero delivery charge).

The Victualing Application is suitable for Microsoft PC and AppleMac computers and laptop devices. It may work with iPads but is not actually developed for iPad or iPhones. Passageplanning-sales.com reserves the right to continue to develop this application.

Please note the following:

1. The App is designed to work in full screen mode.

2. You may be requested to allow the App to download some Excel fonts prior to use (if not already on your device). They are fonts used in the App. and are ok to be downloaded.

Please note that the download is an Excel App written using Excel 2021. You will need to have a licensed Excel version which will work with applications developed using Excel 2021 on your device to run the application. Earlier Excel versions should work ok.

The Excel App is supplied to you on the basis that you agree that you will be using the Application for your private and personal use only and at your own risk and that passageplanning-sales.com it's owners and/or employees are not responsible for your use or misuse of the downloaded Excel App.

Because digital products can't be returned, this product cannot be refunded.

Please note that by purchasing and downloading this Excel Application Ver. 1.08 you agree to the following license conditions (also detailed within the upload Instruction .pdf):

1. 0 The purchased Application is for the sole use of the Purchaser personally.
2.0 The Purchaser agrees not to, or to encourage or to allow others to copy or publish the purchased Application by any means whatsoever. This includes but is not restricted to the following:
2.1. The Purchaser is not allowed to sub-license, resell or distribute any part of the purchased Application even in any modified or edited version.
2.2. The Purchaser is not allowed to convert the digital files or design elements of the purchased Application to different Formats (e.g. *.SVG, *.PNG etc.) and sell or give those files to or by any third party or entity by the Purchaser.
3.0 The original purchased Application must be for the sole and exclusive personal use of the Purchaser.
3.1. The Purchaser is not permitted to make any digital files derived from the purchased Application available to third Parties and/or to use them on any print-on-demand services.
4. 0 The purchased Application must not be loaned to or given to or sold to or published to or by any third party or entity by the Purchaser.
5. 0 The purchased Application must not be edited by the Purchaser other than the individual stores items which are designed to be edited if required and as detailed in the purchased Application instructions.
6. 0 Nothing in the conditions of license gives the Purchaser or any other person or entity any rights whatsoever to the copyright of or in any of the purchased Application.
7. 0 Any breach of the above conditions is a breach of the copyright owned by passageplanning-sales.com and could render the Purchaser open to a claim in law for breach of copyright.
